Gordon Chung
Initial Founder
Before working as a global law career coach, Gordon was a dual UK/US qualified lawyer in Baker McKenzie's Mergers, Acquisitions & Corporate Finance department in London. Before joining Baker McKenzie, Gordon also worked as a paralegal and intern in Hong Kong, Shanghai, London and Italy.
Gordon holds a Master of Corporate Law from University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Laws from City University of Hong Kong. In addition to practicing law, Gordon has published 2 book chapters by Springer and 6+ articles in a range of peer-reviewed law journals in Europe and Asia.
Joy Marie K
Co-Founder
Joy is a Trainee Solicitor at Travers Smith in London. Before pursuing a career in law, she worked at a strategy and risk consulting firm, advising development finance institutions and multinational corporations on geopolitical risk and investment opportunities in emerging markets, with a particular focus on the energy sector.
A graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science and King’s College London, she has work experience across multiple industries and jurisdictions, including the UK, Kenya, South Africa, Belgium and Hong Kong.
Pragya Jain

Pragya is an India qualified lawyer and has worked as an Associate in the corporate practice of India’s leading law firms and as an in-house counsel in India’s largest stockbroking platform. She is currently reading for the Master of Corporate Law at the University of Cambridge.

Donna Carpenter

Donna holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from Dublin City University and an Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law LL.M. from Trinity College Dublin. She recently passed the New York State Bar exam and currently works in-house at a veterinary pharmaceutical company. She is passionate about GLC’s mission of helping law students and lawyers navigate their legal careers on a global scale.
Charles Mcclelland

Charles is originally from West Virginia, USA. He is currently a student at the University of Kentucky, pursuing degrees in Business and Community leadership and development, with a minor in political science. He is the founder and president of Wildcat law society, a prelaw organization at his university and has worked in various law-firms assisting with a wide array of projects. He aspires to pursue a career in international law in the future.
